Why is there a high-pressure fault in industrial chillers? What is the cause?
1) The cooling water temperature is higher, the condensation effect is poor
Conventional industrial chiller cooling water must be maintained between 30 and 35 degrees to maintain stable operating performance. If the temperature of the cooling water is high, or there is a serious problem of heat dissipation, the pressure of condensation will inevitably increase. Especially in many high temperature seasons, special attention should be paid to heat dissipation problems. Poor heat dissipation is very harmful to industrial chillers.
2) Insufficient water flow leads to high voltage failure
In the process of running domestic chiller products, if the water flow cannot meet the actual use requirements. It will inevitably lead to a wide range of changes in the pressure of industrial chillers. The greater the temperature, the greater the range of pressures produced. The main reason for the lack of water flow caused by domestic industrial chillers is that the system is short of water or there is a lot of air inside, which causes excessive pressure. As long as the blockage in the pipeline is cleaned in time and effectively, the effect of increasing the water flow can be achieved. If you can use a good filter for the filter, you can greatly reduce the problem of less water flow.
3) Condenser scaling affects pressure
The condenser of the chiller is more prone to scaling problems during use. A lot of dust exists in the operating environment of many chillers. After dust and foreign matter enter the cooling system, the condenser will be blocked, resulting in a reduction in the overall heat dissipation effect. If the outlet pipe of the condenser is hot during the inspection process, it is necessary to perform comprehensive cleaning on the industrial chiller to reduce the failure of the industrial chiller.
